Winnipesaukee Flute
The Winnipesaukee is our most popular flute. These are fine instruments crafted one by one in any key using only hand tools. Beginners and expert players alike love this flute's rich tone, natural feel and musical responsiveness. The tapered bore makes the holes closer which maximizes finger comfort for the larger sizes. And Werner John's ceramic windways sustain the pure and resonant tone quality for hours. Each flute comes with a fingering chart, protective tube, and playing and improvisation hints.

The flutes above have the "loon" style bird. Below is the "seabird" and we also can do chickadee, hawk, eagle, vulture, bear, tusk, coyote, wolf. Custom designs are possible for an extra charge.
The side inlay design on the Winnipesaukee flutes is $50-90 extra depending on size. A woodburned design on the sides is free with any flute. |
The Backpack Winnipesaukee has no "bird" and is several inches shorter and very lightweight. It has the same fine sound characteristics in an easy to carry form.
